Introduction

Ocean Wave Web Inc. may disclose personal data to trusted third parties (platform providers, carriers, vendors) only to deliver SMS services. We never sell or share opt-in data with unrelated parties.

Purpose of SMS Notifications

Our SMS notifications are designed to send follow-up SMS after initial contact, exchange information, and send pre-contact reminders via SMS with email/phone details.

Opt-In & Consent

By providing your phone number, you confirm you are the owner or authorized user. You consent to recurring automated SMS/MMS messages about service updates, offers, and notifications. Message frequency may vary (1–5 per week). Consent is not required for purchase.

Opt-Out Instructions

To stop receiving messages, reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT. You may also email oceanwaveweb@gmail.com. After opting out, you’ll receive one final confirmation SMS.

Standard carrier message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile service provider for details.

Privacy & Data Security

Your data is used only to manage services, appointments, and communications. We do not sell or rent personal data. Information may be shared only as required by law or to fulfill service obligations.

Compliance & Legal

We comply with TCPA, CTIA, and all applicable laws. You agree to indemnify Ocean Wave Web Inc. against claims if you provide a number not owned by you. Disputes must be resolved individually via binding arbitration.

Automatic Renewal & Authorization (Clause 2.1)

THIS AGREEMENT COMMENCES ON THE DATE OF PURCHASE AND WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW FOR SUCCESSIVE ONE (1) MONTH PERIODS at the current service rate until terminated by you. BY ACCEPTING THESE TERMS AND SUBMITTING PAYMENT, YOU EXPRESSLY AUTHORIZE OCEAN WAVE WEB INC. TO CHARGE YOUR SAVED PAYMENT METHOD MONTHLY FOR THE RECURRING FEES. Your consent is required for the continuous operation of your hosting and maintenance services.

Cancellation and Service Handover (Clause 3.2)

CANCELLATION METHOD: Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time via the Stripe Customer Portal or our Online Cancellation Form on our website. EFFECTIVE DATE: Cancellation is effective on the last day of the current paid billing cycle. NO REFUNDS will be issued for partial months. ASSET HANDOVER: Due to the security nature of hosting and maintenance, upon receipt of your cancellation request, our team will contact you within two (2) business days to coordinate the secure handover of your website files and login credentials. You retain sole responsibility for securing and transferring your website files before the termination date.

Maintenance and Updates (Clause 4.1)

Maintenance services are limited to the platform and software specified in your service plan. While we strive to maintain high security, WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT MAINTENANCE OR UPDATES WILL PREVENT ALL SECURITY BREACHES, VIRUSES, OR DATA LOSS.

Service Downtime (Clause 5.1)

We provide hosting services with a reasonable uptime goal but DO NOT GUARANTEE 100% UPTIME. We shall not be liable for losses or damages resulting from temporary interruptions, downtime, or scheduled maintenance.

Data Backup Disclaimer (Clause 6.1)

While we may perform routine server backups, YOU ARE ULTIMATELY RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING YOUR OWN INDEPENDENT, CURRENT BACKUP COPIES OF ALL DATA, WEBSITE FILES, AND CONTENT. We are not liable for any data loss, corruption, or retrieval costs.

Governing Law

This Agreement and any related disputes are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
