THIS AGREEMENT COMMENCES ON THE DATE OF PURCHASE AND WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW FOR SUCCESSIVE ONE (1) MONTH PERIODS at the current service rate until terminated by you. BY ACCEPTING THESE TERMS AND SUBMITTING PAYMENT, YOU EXPRESSLY AUTHORIZE OCEAN WAVE WEB INC. TO CHARGE YOUR SAVED PAYMENT METHOD MONTHLY FOR THE RECURRING FEES. Your consent is required for the continuous operation of your hosting and maintenance services.
CANCELLATION METHOD: Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time via the Stripe Customer Portal or our Online Cancellation Form on our website. EFFECTIVE DATE: Cancellation is effective on the last day of the current paid billing cycle. NO REFUNDS will be issued for partial months. ASSET HANDOVER: Due to the security nature of hosting and maintenance, upon receipt of your cancellation request, our team will contact you within two (2) business days to coordinate the secure handover of your website files and login credentials. You retain sole responsibility for securing and transferring your website files before the termination date.
Maintenance services are limited to the platform and software specified in your service plan. While we strive to maintain high security, WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT MAINTENANCE OR UPDATES WILL PREVENT ALL SECURITY BREACHES, VIRUSES, OR DATA LOSS.
We provide hosting services with a reasonable uptime goal but DO NOT GUARANTEE 100% UPTIME. We shall not be liable for losses or damages resulting from temporary interruptions, downtime, or scheduled maintenance.
While we may perform routine server backups, YOU ARE ULTIMATELY RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING YOUR OWN INDEPENDENT, CURRENT BACKUP COPIES OF ALL DATA, WEBSITE FILES, AND CONTENT. We are not liable for any data loss, corruption, or retrieval costs.
